Ich weiss noch nichts über die Qualität , da die Beläge noch nicht verbaut wurden . Aussehen sicher gut , Qualität erst nach dem Einbau. Ansonsten hat die Kommunikation mit Duotts und die Lieferung super funktioniert.

Absolutely terrible brakes. The oil leaks out and they broke in less than a month of use. I contacted the company several times and sent photos and videos, but they stopped answering my emails and have not refunded my money. Very bad experience. I would never buy from this company again.
I've never tested the original mechanical brakes. The new bikes arrived and I immediately installed the hydraulic brakes. They definitely look and feel better when applying pressure on the levers. My wife tested them on her bike and she says they work great.

the brake pads are definitely complete : you get the whole kit, the pads, the springy bits and the screws. The pads themselves are ok, they don't last as long as some better quality ones out there : i can do about 1000km with them on my duotts F26. But for the price of 10€ a pair, i find they are definitely worth it! ( I would suggest you order them is advance though, they can take up to 3 weeks to arrive in my case. )

The coordination was smooth, and the shipping was fast.
I love my C29 electric bike however because I live in the (crappy) UK no bike shop will touch it, I've tried everywhere from a local bike repair shop to Halfords, and they all said the same thing, it's an illegal bike in the UK.
Game changer. Works perfectly. Easy to install however there should be clearer instructions exactly how to install it like a manual or a link to video. That could be improved.
