I am very disappointed with this particular product. From the very first day, the pedal screw was lost, and it is not possible to purchase a replacement from any local store. In addition, the inner tube of the tire went flat on the first day and did not have proper contact with the rim. Furthermore, the brakes are installed the wrong way around, and the user manual lacks sufficient details. As a result, we had to rely on YouTube videos to understand how to assemble the product and how it is supposed to work. At the moment, we are unable to use this bicycle at all, and this situation has caused us great frustration. We kindly request that you send us two pedal screws and two inner tubes as soon as possible. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the quality of the product.

The phone holder is fine. However, the mudguards are completely useless. We get mud everywhere, including on the bike. They need to stop putting mudguards like that on a bike that costs 2000 Euros.
